Riviera Hill Club is a low density development of 36 2 to 5 Bedroom town houses in a landscaped site in excess of 12 thousand square metres.

The centre piece of the site is a beautiful landscaped semi tropical garden with a cascade water feature.

There is a heated kidney shaped swimming pool and a separate children's pool. Adjacent to the pool is a Club House with kitchen and bar. In the basement to this area is a small gym, toilets, office, storage area and a plant room.

The water for the urbanisation is a mains supply to a storage tank with pumps to the houses and the irrigation.
